Warranty
At Paragon Industri3 we stand by our product and offer the following warranty terms to the original owners.
Two Year Wheel Warranty and Crash Replacement Policy
As Paragon deals directly with the public (without the assistance of third party retailers or distributors) we are able to communicate directly with our customers and in doing so attend to any warranty claims far more efficiently than most competitors.
We warrant our wheels to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years after purchase. Our two year warranty is also transferable from the original owner to a secondary owner, provided the original proof of purchase is provided to us. All warranty claims are treated with the utmost importance and we pride ourselves on returning wheels with all shipping costs paid by us in the shortest time possible.
In addition to our three year defect warranty, Paragon provides a free wheel truing and spoke replacement service also for a period of three years after purchase. Secondary owners can also benefit from this service, provided the original proof of purchase is made available to us and the wheels have been looked after.
We will do our absolute best to make you have a positive experience and prioritize maintenance over new sales.
Crash Replacement Policy
In the unfortunate circumstance of a crash resulting in your wheel/s being unrepairable, all original and secondary owners of Paragon wheels will be entitled to wheel replacement at 50% off the retail price for the same level wheel as the original purchase. Proof of purchase will be required to benefit from our crash replacement policy.
Crash replacement wheels will require an upfront full payment for the new parts and you will need to send us the damaged wheel/s (at your cost) before the wheel/s can be returned.
Warranty Claims Generally
We hope you will understand that Paragon will not be able to provide warranty on any claims where our wheels have been mistreated, not used for their intended purpose or have been modified or altered.
Before sending any wheel/s back please be sure to make contact with us first and message some photos if possible.

Frame and Fork
Carbon frame and fork: 7 year warranty ensuring parts are free and void of manufacturing defects. This does not cover impacts, collisions, mistreatment or any accident producing damage outside the parameters specified in the Australian standards AS1927:1998.
Warranty does not cover finish, corrosion, scratches, and other blemishes as a result of general wear and tear, weathering or mistreatment.
Components
All components are covered by factory warranties and are outlined generally below. Please refer to the original supplier warranties for part specific terms and conditions or contact us directly for assistance.
- Shimano: 3 years for Dura-ace groupsets, 2 years for all groupsets below.
- SRAM: 2 year standard warranty
- Campagnolo: 3 years
- Paragon Cycle Works Standard 2 year warranty excluding ‘wear’ and replaceable parts (tyres, tubes, brake pads, grips, rotors etc). ‘Wear parts’ come with a 30 day limited warranty.
Exclusions
The warranty is for manufacture defects only and does not cover damage acquired through general wear and tear, improper maintenance, installation of aftermarket parts, accidents, collisions, abuse, neglect, or improper service and maintenance. This warranty applies only to the original owner of the Paragon Cycle Woks bicycle or wheelset and is non-transferable. When submitting a warranty claim the bicycle must be inspected in an assembled ‘as is’ condition and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover return shipping costs.
Proof of Purchase
In line with consumer laws, the customer must provide proof of purchase when requesting returns. For online purchases the invoice will be sent to the email address registered by the customer during checkout.
