High Modulus Carbon Fibre
The Paragon Bike incorporates High Modulus Carbon Fiber (H.M.C.) to reduce weight while maintaining frame rigidity. Each bike is constructed using E.P.S. Technology, which allows for precise control of the wall thickness of each tube. This ensures the even distribution of carbon and results in a smooth interior and exterior of your Paragon Bike.
Manufactured to UCI Standards
Following the guidelines set by the International Cycling Union (UCI), our engineers employ advanced C.A.D. systems commonly found in the Aerospace and Automotive industries to produce the frame. Using Finite-Element Analysis, the prototype is subjected to stress tests that evaluate its performance under load, assessing forces acting on individual frame elements and the fork.
Our manufacturing process includes computer-controlled carbon-cutting, guaranteeing consistent cuts for each piece. Consequently, every model maintains the same weight, with the final frameset weighing within 10 grams of the intended target weight.
