Our Full-Motion Rocker System, complete with the P3 Riser Turn Block™, is purpose-built to enhance your riding experience by transforming your static indoor rigid trainer into a dynamic training environment. The key to practical indoor training is movement, and the P3 Full-Motion Rocker System delivers just that. By allowing your body to interact with your bike on the trainer, this dynamic movement enables a range of motion that static indoor training cannot offer. As a result, you will experience enhanced rider comfort, reduced back pain, knee pain, and saddle fatigue. The full-motion of the P3 Rocker engages your core, providing even more stability while reducing stress on the body.
The plywood used is FSC certified to ensure wood products come from responsibly managed forests and is manufactured in Australia from sustainably grown and locally sourced radiata pine wood veneers.
Crafted in Australia using CNC machining, the P3 Rocker Plate System features two linear bearing kits with compression springs, four inflatable balls for increased stability, four velcro straps, and sound dampening. It is compatible with most current trainers, including the Kickr Climb and Kickr Bike.
