Once you choose your frameset and myColour paint option, our team of experts will contact you to bring your vision to reality. You will receive a preview of your ideas to review and approve. We will collaborate with you until you are satisfied with the design.
Once approved, the frame will be taken to the paint shop to be transformed into your unique creation. A simple two-tone design for any carbon or metal bike consists of one colour for the frame and a contrasting colour for the logos. Special effect paints, such as candy, pearl, chrome, or designs with more than two colours, will be priced separately. Prices start at $1,400 for a basic two-tone design.
For a full custom design, the cost may exceed $2000. A deposit of $500 is required, and once you agree to the quote, the remaining balance will be invoiced.

Painting time is approximately 2 to 3 weeks, depending on complexity.

You are responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to returned wheel(s) in transit to Paragon Industri3. We recommend insuring shipments.

For international orders, any duties, or customs fees paid are non-refundable.

Returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as sold, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Incomplete returns may be subject to additional charges or partial refunds.

The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly to avoid damage during shipping.

We cannot provide return packaging, so we recommend keeping original packaging for the duration of the return period.

Paragon Industri3 cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor. Please contact the original seller to return items purchased through them.
