SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

We at Paragon Industri³ endeavour to make your retail experience as pain-free as possible, allowing our customers to make risk-free purchases with our 30-day return policy. Any product can be returned for a refund/exchange if the product is in new and unused/resalable condition with packaging and labels intact. All we need is your proof of purchase.

• Please be advised that you will be responsible for any shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to items being returned to Paragon Industri³. We highly recommend insuring your shipments, especially when it comes to trainers.
• Please make sure to retain the original packaging during the 30-day return period, as we do not provide return packaging.

• If you were charged sales tax, this will be refunded.
• Your order will be refunded to the original payment type used, minus the shipping fee, transaction fee (if this applies) and duties.
• Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
• Paragon Industri³ can only process returns from the original purchaser.  If the item was received as a gift, or purchased as a second-hand item, even with the original purchase receipt, Refunds or warranty can only be provided back to the original purchaser.
• Paragon Industri³ does not accept returns for products purchased through a reseller or distributor. If the product was purchased through a reseller or distributor, please contact them for further details regarding returns.

Need a different size?
You’ll find valuable information throughout our website to help you make confident decisions when choosing the right size for your bike and components. If, for any reason, you feel you need a different size, you can return or exchange the item during the 30-day return period, provided it is unused and free of any wear. We recommend testing your bike and components indoors to ensure the fit is right before venturing out on the roads. A reputable local bike shop will have the necessary equipment to allow you to test size and fit without risking wear and tear on your new purchase. Returns and refunds are subject to inspection and are at our discretion. Contact us either by phone or email, and we can help you arrange pickup and delivery for your returning goods.

Proof of Purchase
In line with consumer laws, the customer must provide proof of purchase when requesting returns. For online purchases, the invoice will be sent to the email address registered by the customer during checkout. Customers purchasing in-store will be provided a printed receipt and/or emailed invoice (if requested).

Rocker plates can be shipped worldwide; each order will need to be quoted separately. All customs duties will need to be paid by the customer if required.
