WHEEL RENTALS: Bring your bike to the Paragon Industri3 tent in the Expo area, and our mechanic will swap over your cassette and rotors and put the wheels on your bike. It will take about 30 to 45 minutes. No appointment is needed!

We are open the same hours as the expo. Please check the event schedule for expo times.

ALL wheels are TUBELESS Ready Disc

Optional insurance: It can be added at the event for $25 and covers any damage caused by race accidents. It does not cover stolen or lost wheels.  

CANCELLATIONS: A FULL REFUND IF YOU CANCEL 14 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR WE CAN DEFER YOU TO ANOTHER 2025 EVENT.

RETURNING YOUR ITEMS
We will gladly give you a full refund, excluding the original shipping cost. Any wheel(s) returned and received after 30 days from the delivery date are subject to replacement only at the discretion of Paragon Industri3 Your only cost for returning your item(s) is the cost of shipping it back to us.

  • You are responsible for all shipping charges and assume the risk of loss or damage to returned wheel(s) in transit to Paragon Industri3. We recommend insuring shipments.
  • For international orders, any duties, or customs fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Returned merchandise must be sent back in its original packaging and returned in the same condition as sold, including all packaging, parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation. Incomplete returns may be subject to additional charges or partial refunds.
  • The returned item(s) must be repackaged properly to avoid damage during shipping.
  • We cannot provide return packaging, so we recommend keeping original packaging for the duration of the return period.
  • Your order will be refunded to the original payment type used.
  • Gift card purchases are non-refundable.
  • Paragon Industri3 cannot accept returns of products purchased through a reseller or distributor. Please contact the original seller to return items purchased through them.

Very impressive

I’m honestly surprised how much better the ride feels.
No more hard bumps sitting after out of the saddle accelerations.
Nice engagement through your core muscles during high torque situations.
Less irritation from the saddle due to better biomechanics.
Even getting that additional muscle engagement through the arms in standing position in climbing.

Very happy with the Paragon rocker plate as it makes indoor training more interesting and enjoyable. It also brings a greater degree of realism to indoor riding. My only suggestion to improve the device, is to change the angles of two of the strap cutouts on either side at the rear to more closely align with the legs of a Wahoo Kickr bike. At present, the available cutouts do not align very well with the Kickr legs.

I received the Rocker today and set it up for a ride - which was very straight forward. After riding 46km I found the sensation to be very similar to outdoor (even replicating that little backwards slide when you sit back after a standing climb). I also felt a lot less fatigued by the ride than normal so very happy with the purchase!
