Great product and very good value for money. Having the motion whilst using the Kickr bike enables spending longer hours training and makes the experience more satisfying and comfortable.Does take a little time to adjust to out of saddle efforts as it feels different to what it would outdoors.

With a titanium knee and some hardware in ankle and foot, long trainer sessions were painful. I decided it was time to soften my ride and the Paragon rocker plate made in Australia was a no brainer. I’m so pleased with it and already the body is much happier. Only down side was the courier who took a week to pick it up, but it’s here now. Pretty simple set up and the trainer is attached solidly. Getting on and off is a learning curve but I’m very happy with it. Long rides while still recovering are now possible. Thank you Paragon

I got these wheels for my road bike. I put 30mm tubeless tires on them and holy moly, they are so comfy. There is so much less road vibration and they are seriously quick. No issues fitting Vittoria N.EXT tires to them. And they look great too.

I've owned this rocker plater for roughly 4 months now, and it has improved my indoor riding experience so much. The biggest difference is comfort, especially in the saddle. The movement of the rocker allows that very subtle change in pressure you get when you're out on the road and I find i can ride so much longer indoors without getting uncomfortable. Also not as stiff in the legs either because of the movement. It is also heaps more enjoyable, the harder you push the more movement you can generate, getting out of the saddle and really sending it causes the rocker to move quite a bit which is just so much fun! The quality is so good as well.

My P3 Full-Motion Rocker Plate turned up today and after only one ride I can say it's excellent! After a number of years on a virtual trainer in a rigid position this is a game changer! It is professionally built, top shelf quality and looks the part also. It's quiet and does exactly what Paragon says it will do. After being on the waiting list with another manufacturer for over 7 months I was stoked that the whole process took less than 3 weeks from order to receival!

I looked into several different options before deciding to buy the paragon p3 full motion rocker plate.
Being Australian made was a big plus for me, being able to support Australian business is always a plus.
Sales service has been amazing, even sending extra straps as I made a mistake and didn’t select the elite trainer option.

I’m honestly surprised how much better the ride feels.
No more hard bumps sitting after out of the saddle accelerations.
Nice engagement through your core muscles during high torque situations.
Less irritation from the saddle due to better biomechanics.
Even getting that additional muscle engagement through the arms in standing position in climbing.

I would highly recommend.

So good I bought two. After a couple of weeks of using mine, I realized my husband’s lustful glances were not directed towards me after all, but at the rocker plate!

I purchased the P3 to mount my Wahoo KICKR Bike on and it’s a game changer. Very realistic, has reduced my hip and back pain on long rides and improved my riding. Night and day difference to a static mounted trainer.

The service at delivery was great, it wasn't just dumped, I was helped with the set- up. I've used it for close to 2 years and it's still going strong. It greatly enhances the ride feel to be closer to an outdoor experience. The only digestion I'd make is a securing strap for the front as I use the wahoo climb and it moves around a bit. Overall an excellent product.

Great quality product. I was experiencing significant hip and back pain from indoor rides prior to getting the rocker plate. The movement provided by the rocker plate has completely alleviated this pain. Couldn't be happier. Mark at Paragon provided great customer service.

Taking the indoor riding to the next level, kickr bike attached within 5 minutes & then time to ride, first few minutes felt a little strange but after that, it’s great having the extra movement whilst riding, especially on long rides & climbs , it was recommended to us & i would highly recommended it for anyone that enjoys riding indoors.
